Job Description
• Responsible for conceptualizing, designing, planning, executing and reviewing the overall SEO strategy of the organization
• Conduct comprehensive website audits and identify gap for improving ROI on campaigns and optimizing web content from a SEO perspective
• Ongoing keyword discovery, expansion and optimization
• Develop and implement a link building strategy
• Analyzing competitor and global best practices in SEO techniques
• Continuously track and monitor performance on website in terms of keywords, rankings and analytics and recommend improvements
• Work with the technical team and give technical recommendations to ensure SEO best practices are properly implemented
• Work with editorial and content teams to drive SEO best practices in content creation and recommend effective call to actions to convert visiting traffic
• Monitor the search algorithms set by the commonly used search engines to ensure the techniques adopted are consistent with latest changes
• Diagnose technical issues and resolve them (e.g. Canonicalization, Pagination, 404 errors, redirects, Broken links, URL structure etc)
• Analyze data and focus on customer journeys and experience to optimize page views and click through rates

Job Requirements
• Graduate/Postgraduate with at least 5 years of experience as an B2B SEO specialist (preferably from the Research, Advisory and Consulting sectors)• Sound understanding of Technical SEO, JavaScript, HTML and CSS development as well as their constraints
• Working knowledge of search engine optimization algorithm functionalities, ranking factors and familiar with SEO/SEM best practices (Google, Bing, Yahoo etc)
• Experience with online analytical tools including Google Tools - Webmaster, Analytics, Tag Manager etc
• Experience of using WordPress or similar Content Management tools
• Experience with multivariate experiments and A/B testing
• Excellent written, oral communication and presentation skills
• A self-starter, who is flexible and adaptable to constant change and can work in a fast paced, high growth and dynamic environment.
• Strong organizational, time management, and analytical skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
