Organization Background
The Program Operations and Collaboration organization is part of the larger Information Systems team at Providence. The team is responsible for several business operation functions such as Governance, Asset Management, Client Engineering & Operations, DevOps, IS Marketing & Communications, Project Management as well as leads the strategic initiatives around the deployment and adoption of the Modern Workplace. The Modern Workplace effort develops a mix of technology workflows and collaboration applications that enable a more productive caregiver. The team architects, builds, deploys, and supports all aspects of these technologies while also being an early adopter of them to ensure usability and alignment to the overall organization's needs.
• 7-+ years working in ServiceNow platform with core responsibilites as Developer
• 4 - 5 year’s experience in ServiceNow Governance, Risk and Compliance module with high expertise in IRM modules - Governance, Risk Compliance, Business Continuity Management/Disaster Recovery, Vendor Risk Management, Policy and Compliance, Risk Management, and Audit Management
• Analyze business problems to design and document solutions up front with technical and creative teams
• During requirements sessions, provide recommendations to streamline and optimize processes, align with the overall framework.
• Prepare technical documentation for requirements, including form layout, fields, and workflows.
• Partner with the ServiceNow business analyst and development team to determine the best technical solution to address the requirements.
• Perform testing in pre-Prod environments to ensure that the documented requirements are met. Defines test cases and acceptance criteria.
• Assist with the development and delivery of end user training.
• Perform lead solution activities related to the continued growth of the ServiceNow IRM deployment.
• Responsible for handling support and enhancement requests of IRM modules work.
• Perform code reviews and ensure standard practices are followed.
• Understand corporate strategic plans and fundamental business activities of the Providence. Maintain current knowledge of applicable cyber threats, regulatory and compliance issues related to information security. Based on this knowledge, develop, maintain and oversee an enterprise- wide GRC strategy and framework aligned with the Providence business strategy
