Responsible for leading the development and execution of strategic marketing plans and content for clients. This person will work closely with clients to understand their business goals and develop customized strategies that drive results. The Head of Strategy and Content will also lead the agency's content creation efforts and ensure that all content is aligned with clients' marketing goals and meets the highest standards of quality.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute strategic Social Media plans/calendars/campaigns that are customized to meet the unique needs of each client and drive measurable results.
• Act as a strategic consultant to clients, offering insights and recommendations that help them achieve their brand goals.
• Lead the strategy and content creation efforts of the agency for its clients/brands, ensuring that it is aligned with clients' goals and meets the highest standards of quality.
• Work with clients to understand their target audience and develop content that resonates with them and drives engagement.
• Oversee the development and implementation of campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, social media, and offline.
• Analyze the performance of campaigns and make recommendations for optimization and improvement.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as Graphic Design, Paid Media, SEO, etc to maximize the growth output.
• Build and manage relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and vendors.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field; advanced degree in marketing, business, or a related field is preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on digital marketing and content creation.
• Proven experience developing and executing strategic campaigns/plans that drive results.
• Strong understanding of Social Media channels such as Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn and similar.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to effectively communicate insights and recommendations to clients and cross-functional teams.
• Strong project management skills and experience leading cross-functional teams to execute complex campaigns.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner.
• Experience working in a digital agency environment is mandatory.
• Proven experience leading and managing a team of digital marketing professionals
