Hansen Technologies, headquartered in Australia is a software product development company with flagship products built for the energy, utility and tele-communications industries.
Hansen software suites are developed to be cloud native with architectural and design philosophies based on microservices tenets.
Current position is for Telecom OSS/BSS product development team working on cloud native technologies.
Roles and Responsibilities
Lead Software Developer (MEAN stack) – 7 to + years
• Write code using javascript, typescript, node.js packages for development of new features, change requests or defect fixing.
• Develop microservices exposing RESTful API as interfaces and maintain them
• Develop and configure Kafka messaging based inter service communication
• Write code for unit tests, contract test and tests for BDD & TDD
• Deployment and testing on local or development environments
• Providing inputs for testing and documentation
• Troubleshoot or debug field issues as and when required
• Keep Jira and Confluence updated as per established practices.
• Code review of peers and software developers
• Create low level designs, sequence diagrams etc.
• Create high level designs
• Mentor or coach or manage 8-+ senior software developers, developers and associates
• Enforce git workflow or established versioning strategies
• Maintain the development environments
• Ensure success of CI builds with every code commit
• Enforce agile methodologies as per Hansen standards
• With help from Architects, evaluate new technologies, conduct POCs and drive technology upgrades

• BE/BTech/MCA/MSc
• Previous relevant work experience in established software companies, technology centres of Banks, Financial Institutions, Telecom Operators
