We are Hiring for Lead Software Developer - PHP Drupal
Location:- Coimbatore
Experience:- 8+ Years
Qualification / Experience / Attitude Required
• Educated to degree level or equivalent.
• 8+ years minimum of web application leading a software development.
• Excellent track record of software development performance.
• Experience applying software principles.
• IT knowledge and ability to use Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
Key Responsibilities
• Understand product requirements and architect most appropriate technical solution.
• Define the technical implementation of sprint objectives.
• Database architecture.
• Break down technical work into tasks.
• Guide team to delivery each technical task.
• Review and approve PRs.
• Continuous improvement of the team skill set.
• Security of code and architecture to meet minimum standards as agreed with Head of Software.
• Quality, neatness and layout of code to follow best practice.
• To work on and help deliver key strategic product development projects to achieve our organisational objectives.
• To work with the software teams to execute the software road map to develop and constantly improve the customer facing products.
• Drive continuous improvement for your team and wider web development group.
• Maintain effective working relationships with your colleagues.
• Take responsibility for proactive communication with the key business stakeholders involved with you and your teams’ IT activity.
• Maintaining product website service levels.
• Work within the company’s processes and support Company initiatives.
• Develop an excellent understanding of the key markets we operate in Identify and recommend new technologies that could benefit the groups digital portfolio.
• Core code and module updates for Drupal and rest of code base.
• Monitor for and resolve issues with applications in a timely manner.
