Lead Software Development Engineer in Test, Partner Integrations.

About the Role
If you have a passion for high-quality software and methodical problem-solving, then this role is for you. The Lead Audit Engineer role is critical to the success of the Partner Integrations Team. As part of an entrepreneurial unit, you will be responsible for ensuring product integrations developed in collaboration with or in entirety by Punchh Partners are reliable, secure, and scalable. The role entails learning and understanding a diverse set of applications including (but not limited to) Marketing Automation, Online Ordering, CRM, CDP, Point of Sale, and Kiosk systems. This is an external facing role i.e. in addition to collaborating with Punchh Product and Engineering teams, you will engage with Punchh Partners to verify that integrations are built in accordance with the agreed scope. You will be required to be hands-on on all initiatives i.e. contribute towards audit of integrations alongside your peers. Your mindset should be geared towards automation – where possible, the testing component of the audit should be scripted. As this is a Lead role, you will also be responsible for providing guidance and mentorship to a team of Audit Engineers.

Lead efforts on planning, co-ordination and execution of Partner integration auditsGenerate reports on verifications performed on Punchh Partner integrationsDevelop new test tools/test case libraries or contribute to existing ones for testing of all types of integrationsAssist in the setup and maintenance of Sandbox/QA environments for audit purposesGuide Partners on Pre-Production or Production environment setup for development and UATPrioritize and efficiently delegate workload to team members to support certification/verification of integrationsResearch and recommend innovative testing technologies and techniquesCollaborate with the Core Product Integrations team on the QA of product development initaitives and building the Punchh automation testing frameworkAssist in the investigation and resolution of Production incidentsDocument technical guides / learning material for cross-learningSupport Questions & Answers from internal or external stakeholders on Punchh platform and integrations on the Punchh Q&A communityExtend support in discussions with clients or partnersAssist in recruiting and onboarding new Audit/QA Engineers in the Partner or Core Integrations teamCoach/mentor junior team members
