Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with product team members to create secure, reliable, scalable software solutions
Write custom code or scripts to automate infrastructure, monitoring services, test cases
Champion development and integration standards, best practices, and their related deliverables
Deliver processes and components that can be maintained by the business into the future
Understand new features added to Salesforce's products and aid the business in regression testing
Develop Reporting & Analytic applications in Salesforce Experience Cloud and CRMA, and AWS platforms
Identify unsecured code areas and implement fixes
Research and investigate technical issues impacting the organization and recommend solutions
Provide application support for software running in production
Review the Performance and Capacity of all aspects of production
Triage high priority issues and outages
Participate in learning activities around agile software development and development core practices
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems or related field
6+ years of experience in Information Technology with familiarity in Python or Java or NodeJS development
Deep familiarity with building integrations between Salesforce and other platforms using Apex REST APIs
Proficient with Python / PySpark or Java, NodeJS
Knowledge of Cloud-native development, RESTful APIs, and stateless microservices architectures
Experience debugging components and code built by other developers
Ability to clearly communicate and coordinate with peers, product owners, and cross functional teams
Quickly adapt to new tools and evolving technologies
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in development of Lightening Web Components
Experienced with integration of Salesforce TCRM design, development, and integration with Experience Cloud implementations
Salesforce Certifications are great and Trailhead badges are good, but real-world experience in Salesforce and other platforms is best
