In this role, you will :
Need to play Senior Developer role that expected to perform front end and back end related design, development and maintenance activities.
Lead an agile engineering team supporting technology solutions development across multiple product or capability domains.
Responsibilities
• Works with diverse group of developers, business subject matter experts, project management from multiple teams with assertiveness and tact
• Play a technical lead role (coding, code reviews, design reviews, internal testing sign off etc.) for deliverables from WFI.
• Technical point of contact for all technical issues and partner with the team to analyze, investigate and resolve open issues, vulnerabilities, secure coding etc.
• Partner with business product managers, lead systems architects, and senior engineers to develop product functional and technical strategy for the domain(s), including development of actionable short and long-term product roadmaps and shaping prioritized features.
Oversee engineering teams to deliver commitments aligned to strategic product priorities.
• Collaborate within and across agile teams to design, test, implement, and support technical solutions in full-stack development tools and methodologies.
• Ensures the craftsmanship, security, availability, resilience, and scalability of solutions developed by the teams or third party providers.
Support implementation of features spanning multiple teams for multiple product or capability domains.
• Partners with product managers to drive business outcomes.
• Ensure compliance and risk management requirements for supported area are met. Ensures that key areas of technology risk including security, stability, and scalability are addressed in products and capabilities within the domain(s).
• Lead a team of engineers
• Mentor and guide the professional and technical development of team and assists in hiring top engineering talent.
Essential Qualifications
• Bachelor's / Master's degree in Computer Science or equivalent
• 10+ yrs. of hands-on IT experience in developing complex, highly integrated, web-based applications using Java / J2EE,Spring web services, Micro services, Spring MVC, Spring boot, Hibernate and worked in Agile teams.
• Should have strong work experience in UI tech stack - HTML5, JavaScript(ES5 & ES6) ,Object oriented JavaScript, Ajax, JSON, , Angular / React JS frameworks and Responsive web development.
• Experience in web application and application servers( tomcat,Jboss)
• Knowledge working with GIT, Maven / Gradle , JIRA tools
• Experience in Spark framework and Kafka is added advantage
• Experience in implementation of Java, J2EE and JS Design patterns.
• Hands-on experience in MSSQL / Oracle databases
• Experience in writing unit cases using Junit, Mocha / Jasmine / Jest libraries.
• Should be able to deploy the application in non-production environments on Linux platforms.
• Experience in Agile methodology

• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Good problem solving and analytical skills
• Should be detail oriented, able to multi task
Nice to Have - Skills :
• Experience in PLSQL and other DB concepts are added advantage.
• Banking Applications experience.
