About This Team
You are a sophisticated software engineer who crafts, develops, tests, solves problems and debugs sophisticated software applications, with increased responsibility for leadership and direction of others.
You are a specialist in multiple fields, advises on design and development approach, and often acts as a Tech Lead working on sophisticated projects and issues where analysis of situations or data requires both broad and in-depth evaluation of variable factors.
You exercise highly hardworking judgment in selecting methods, techniques and evaluation criteria for acquiring results.
You will be encouraged to demonstrate the ability to multitask.

Job Description
• As a specialist in multiple areas, responsibly plans, prioritizes, coordinates and performs technical work and ensures the integrity of significant and diverse projects; applying a wide range of experience and understanding of trends and technologies, owns the analysis and conceptual design and technical direction of proposed projects.
• Leads and directs requirements analysis, and writing of software requirements and design specifications for multiple significant software modules; often acts as a technical lead working on sophisticated projects.
• Performing technical work requiring application of software development methodologies
• Implementing designs; performing code reviews; implementing automated unit tests; debugging and integrating code
• Collaborate closely with multi-functional team to define, design, and ship new features
Required Experience/Skills
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in computer science, or related field is helpful, with a minimum of 10 years of directly related work experience
• Rich experience with quality concepts - Test plan/strategy, Preparation, Execution & reporting.
• Hands on testing experience within a whole range of functional testing including - Unit, Integration, System, UAT through both manual and automated testing.
• Good experience or exposure to Cloud technologies.
• Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum).
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and a real passion for working in highly collaborative environments
• Should possess high level analytical, problem-solving skills. Also, a highly motivated and self-driven personnel.
Nice-to-Haves
• Sophisticated knowledge of concepts in Operating Systems, Networking (L4 and above) and Security (SSL VPN, IPsec, TLS, DTLS)
• Good experience on any scripting language like Python/Perl/Shell.
• Hands on experience of public clouds such as Azure, AWS & GCP.
• Testing of WAN testing performance tools.
• Hands on experience with Test management and defect tracking tools like JIRA.
• First-hand experience in layer to layer testing (Protocol) and deep knowledge on debugging issue related to protocols
• Good exposure to quality metrics.
• Experience or exposure to engineering products and networking.
• Experience/knowledge of continuous integration tools such as Jenkins /Maven/GIT is a must along with expertise in SDLC process.
• Knowledge on Virtualization is a big plus
• Experience on Windows application/core development would be strong plus
Education
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in computer science, or related field is helpful, with a minimum of 10 years of directly related work experience
