To take us to the next level, we are looking for stellar Lead Engineers who can help us build highly scalable products. The ideal candidate is a great programmer and a multi-tasker. We are looking for candidates who are capable of building scalable systems at speed with high quality.
You will be collaborating daily with a brilliant team of engineers, product managers who are passionate about building a high-quality product that millions of students trust and love.
What will you be doing?
You will be responsible for
• High Level and Low Level system design
• Writing high quality production code in extensible and robust manner
• Developing systems from scratch as well as build on top of existing systems
• Building high scale applications
• Performance benchmarking and troubleshooting using various monitoring
• Coaching/managing a team of Engineers and lead planning, execution and delivery of the features
Required Skills
You have 5+ years of hands-on experience in Developing High or a similar role, focusing on -
• Experience in architecting & building real-time, large-scale applications
• Must have a strong product delivery experience, with strong background in data structure and algorithms
• Experience with high-performance products catering to millions of requests.
• Experienced in industry standard coding practices and working on projects involving TDD
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, NodeJS, GoLang, React, Angular etc.
• Very good understanding of of RDBMS,NoSQL,Messaging,Caching technologies
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Understands the value of Student experience and is excited to make it a success
