Job Description
For a series D $460 Million funded Fintech product company headquartered in Bangalore, we are looking for an outstanding Senior Tech Lead, Tech Lead and Senior Software Engineers with proven technical, leadership and delivery skills to manage and deliver the tech stack, end 2 end.
Job Responsibilities:
- Overall feature delivery responsibility and accountability for complete tech stack (Backend: Golang/ Java/ Python/ NodeJS), Serverless on AWS lambda, Mysql DB, ReactJS frontend. This position is not tech agnostic and we are open to any backend/frontend.
- Convert product requirements into actionable and tangible items for all stakeholders
- Overall API Design, Component design, DB design - code, performance, security
- Automated testing and verification of new features
- Release estimation, planning, communication and integration with other stakeholders (product, ui/ux, business teams etc)
- Performance fixes and optimization
- Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new best practices to maximize development quality, efficiency
- Code review - Build modular, efficient, testable, and reusable code
- Integration with internal and third party solutions/services with JSON data via REST API calls
Skills And Qualifications:
- Excellent Data Structure and Design Patterns
- Golang, React knowledge and expertise - Strong knowledge of AWS services and their working
- In-depth experience in micro-services / serverless architecture
- Strong logical reasoning and programming skills.
- Strong knowledge of JSON data handling
- Understanding database schemas that represent and support business processes
- Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git/Github
- Ability to work and thrive in a fast-paced environment, learn rapidly and master diverse technologies and techniques
- Experience: 4 - + years experience preferably in a Product company for last 2 years
- Education: B.E, B.Tech (Mandatory)
This is work from Office and not a Remote position. Location: Bangalore
