What You Will Do
We currently have an opening for a Lead Software Engineer at our development office in Bangalore, India. The Lead Software Engineer reports to the Software Applications Engineering Manager. As an integral member of the Development team, the Lead Software Engineer works with the technical team to design and implement Software applications.
Job Responsibility
• Evaluate, Design and Implement software solutions to solve engineering and architectural design problems.
• Develop, Maintain and Improve existing company products.
• Collaborate with product management to gather functional and non-functional requirements for new software or applications.
• Work with project team to plan, analyze and estimate project timelines.
• Contribute to continuous improvements within the agile software development process.
• Collaborate with other stakeholders and be accountable to each other to achieve the project’s vision.
• Effectively communicate concepts and guidelines to the development team
• Provide technical guidance and mentoring to other SW Engineers
Qualification And Skills
• A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, engineering or related fields.
• Strong Knowledge in C#, .NET Core, ASP.NET Core, Micro Services and Microsoft Azure. (PaaS)
• Knowledge in scalable Azure infrastructure and Azure Messaging Services.
• Strong knowledge of Relational and Non-Relational Databases.
• Frontend Development Skills (HTML,CSS, Javascript, Angular)
• Communicate well with team members and other stakeholders with diverse background.
• Ability to work in Agile following Azure DevOps best practices.
• Self-motivated and driven to be successful.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills.
Desirable Skills
• Knowledge of NUnit: a unit-testing framework for all .Net languages
• Knowledge on Azure Active Directory B2C, OAuth, Federation Services.
• Knowledge of Cyber Security best practices
