Job Title – Lead - Software Engineering

The Purpose of This Role

A talented individual to lead in our effort in engineering, managing, developing enterprise-based applications for Employee Compliance product line. This individual is expected to work directly with Product Owners, architects and senior engineers across our team, as well as other technical and business stakeholders across the organization in a fast paced agile environment. The role involves continuous collaboration with partners, iterative understanding of requirements, following Fidelity best practices / methodologies, thorough understanding of the technology roadmap, advancement to design / development process, lead from front the development of a suite of application using varied technology stack and low code platform.

Technical / Behavioral

Experience in the analysis, design, development, testing and implementation of enterprise scale apps.
Experience in the Microsoft Power Platform – MS PowerApps, Power automate flow.
Experience developing new PowerApps model and canvas driven apps as well as enhancing existing apps.
Proficient with PL/SQL (Oracle experience preferred)
Understanding PowerApps formulas and development methods.
Knowledge of Automating business processes with Microsoft Flow.
Ability to create custom connectors for Microsoft Flow.
You know Core Java, Spring framework, Spring boot, Spring Batch
You know Java/J2EE Object Oriented design and development skills.
You know Web Services (SOAP, REST).
You know ORM Tools (MyBatis, Hibernate)
You know Multithreading and Java design patterns
You know Unix and Shell scripting basics
You know Unit Testing
You know Job Scheduling Technologies
You know Agile methodologies or iterative development processes
You know Angular, Angular CLI, Angular material design, RxJS, bootstrap, jQuery, JSON, JavaScript, CSS, HTML5, AJAX, XML
The Skills that are Good to Have for this role

If you have experience on Jenkins, Concourse, Cloud adoption through EKS, Stash, CI/CD, and transaction management and multi-thread programming that would be an added advantage
If you know Docker it is an added advantage.
If you have experience working on AWS that would be an added advantage.
