We are looking for a Lead Software Engineer to join our dynamic team developing Microsoft based solutions and products. These products are highly scalable distributed applications that enable customers in different vertical industries. Principles and Duties
Program in C++, MFC, COM using Visual Studio Dev Env
Contribute in writing design and functional specifications per product requirements
Implement features defined in functional specifications
Take complete ownership of specific products, including Design, Implementation, Testing and Release
Work with QA in designing and implementing integration and stress/performance tests
Work with technical support to troubleshoot and resolve product issues
End to end Product development including researching new technologies and contributing to product design and implementation
Generic Skills
High energy, passionate team player.
Excellent written and communication skills.
Ability to work in a geographically distributed team.
Desirable to have experience in Java based web applications.
Expert level knowledge in debugging large complex application.
Expert level knowledge of common architectural and design patterns.
Quick learner with strong technical and analytical (problem solving) skills.

Qualifications Required:
Overall 10+ years of experience in implementing software products
Strong Analytical and problem solving skills
Excellent c++ skills and architecture concepts
Good understanding of Object Oriented Programming/Designing, Design Patterns and Design Principles
Strong Multithreading concepts.
Familiarity with IIS, Visual studio a plus
Experience in end-to-end software development cycle
Familiarity with Windows operating systems
Ability to quickly grasp new technologies and concepts
Ability to work independently and as a team player.
Problem solving skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
