Lead Software Engineer - FinTech Start-Up
Salary: £100,000 - 120,000 + equity
Remote working: FULLY REMOTE
We are currently partnered with a rapidly-growing, industry-leading API connectivity provider on their search for a Lead Software Engineer. They provide services to some of the biggest investment banks and hedge funds around the world, where they process over 50 billion messages a day.
As a Lead Software Engineer, you will be responsible for the design and development of new products, while also improving existing products with the implementation of new features.
You will be an excellent Lead Software Engineer if you have experience with:
• Protocol Integrations with Trading
• Reactive Architectures with High Performance Low Latency Processing
• Allocation Free Programming
• High throughput
• Performance tuning
• Benchmarking
• Low latency trading systems
• Building low latency products
• Background in FX or Crypto industries
• Leading and driving a culture of excellence and attention to detail
Tech Stack: C#, .Net, Java, Rust, AWS, Linux & more!
They are open to both C# and Java low level engineers.
You will have the opportunity to take ownership of the future direction of their high throughput, ultra-low latency connectivity services, while also enjoying the flexibility of working from home 5 days a week.
