Tech – PHP, Laravel, React, JavaScript
Salary - £70,000
Opus are hiring for Lead PHP Developer for an exciting software company in Crawley – they are a fast-paced SaaS leader, and you’ll be building a product that is used by the public daily.
They are looking for a Lead PHP Developer to join their 5-person development team to do a full ground up build of the platform, and bringing part of their codebase up to date with the most modern versions of Laravel.
There’s a great opportunity to take product ownership here and get exposure across the wider business and take charge of the existing more junior team.
You’ll get the chance to grow with the company, so if you're a Senior Full Stack Developers who wants to play a key part in a smaller team and progress their career into a lead role, then this could be the role for you.
They are looking for a Lead PHP Developer who has:
• 5+ years’ experience with Laravel
• 5+ years’ experience in JavaScript (ideally React but Vue and Angular is fine too)
• Design and develop new features in a product.
• Develop high-quality, well tested, scalable code with a focus on re-use.
• Use Test Driven Development techniques.
The salary for the Lead PHP Developer role is up to £70,000 and you'll need to be in the Crawley office 2-3 days a week, with some flex for the right person.
