Senior Backend Engineer - Trading Infrastructure Expert
As a senior backend engineer, you will design and develop trading infrastructure for Senpi, a cutting-edge autonomous trading system. Your mission includes architecting high-availability and scalable infrastructure to support Senpi's critical systems.
Your responsibilities include:
• Designing and implementing ultra-low-latency onchain data pipelines to feed agents' live state from EVM chains.
• Architecting highly available inference layers for LLMs + ML models (local + remote) and building resilient pipelines that power decisioning, auto-trades, sentiment analysis, and intelligent triggers.
• Evolving Senpi's developer platform to enable safe, composable autonomous behaviors and supporting devs building AI-native plugins and modular commands that integrate seamlessly into Senpi agents.
• Ensuring execution reliability across swap routers, aggregators, and marketplaces, protecting users from slippage, dumps, and poor fills.
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
• 8+ years backend engineering experience with a focus on distributed systems, real-time infra, and scalable architectures.
• Deep crypto and onchain data experience, including EVM indexing, RPC optimization, trace/log processing, and state reconciliation.
• Proven experience building AI/ML inference serving layers, orchestration, caching, batching, token/embedding processing.
• Expertise with modern backend languages, such as Golang, Node.js, TypeScript, and Rust.
• Strong database experience and data modeling at scale.
