Key Responsibilities :
• Collaborate with the CTO to design and implement scalable software solutions using AI technologies.
• Lead the end-to-end development process, from concept to deployment, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
• Work with cross-functional teams to integrate AI capabilities into existing healthcare communication platforms.
• Continuously optimize software performance and scalability, ensuring it meets the needs of healthcare clients.
• Mentor and guide junior engineers, fostering a culture of learning and innovation within the team.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and AI technologies, and implement best practices in software engineering.
Qualifications :
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or any related field.
• 6+ years of professional software engineering experience, with a focus on AI, machine learning, or data science.
• Proven experience in developing and deploying AI-based products, particularly in the healthcare sector.
• Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and AI frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
