As a Lead Software Engineer - Fullstack of Shared Service of Commercial Bank BU at JPMorgan Chase , your role is to work with the CB Platforms & Shared Services Technology team at JPMorgan, Bangalore office. As a member of the CB Platforms & Shared Services Technology team, you will be working on the build out of the Aurora, a multi-year strategic investment leveraging Agile and fortress architecture principles.
You should bring strong communication and comprehension skills and experience working in an Agile environment with continuous integration and delivery. You should be able to apply your experience to identify the right path forward, execute the next steps and get work done as an individual or as a team or with management support. You should be able to collaborate and work effectively in a team and across teams. A successful individual will be a problem solver, bring in best practices within the team.
Job responsibilities
• Expertise in application, data and infrastructure architecture disciplines. Advanced knowledge of architecture, design and business processes.
• Proven working experience using NodeJS, ReactJS, Webpack and associated ecosystems
• Memory/CPU usage profiling, optimizing, tuning and testing tools (e.g. , Selenium, Jasmine, Jest, Mocha, etc.) . Understanding of container platforms such as Docker and Kubernetes.
• Experience with Cloud and cloud technologies e.g. AWS, AWS API Gateway, Spring Cloud.
• Experience in development/support of REST API interfaces (SpringBoot, GRPC, Swagger, Flask), SQL and No-SQL DBs (specifically with Cassandra). Test driven development using modern source control and continuous integration.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
• Formal training, or certification on software engineering concepts and 5+ years applied experience as a Full stack Developer (Java & React or Javascript type frameworks)
• Managing a team of 3 to 5 members and guide them
• 2+ years of experience in a React (or modern) JS framework
• Advanced knowledge of architecture, design, and business processes
• Experience with Authentication. Experience with modern authenticators (such as OAuth2/OpenID Connect, SAML)
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
• Experience with AWS cloud computing infrastructure is a plus
• Flexibility to work across disparate technology stacks and applications
• Friendly and team oriented
