Job Description
Enhanced/Developed application in PowerApps using Common Data Service CDS, Flow, Excel, Forms and SharePoint online.
- Set up Microsoft Flow (Power Automate) to provide auto-approval and status update features based on predefined criteria. Work/Configure Dynamics 365 CRM.
- Handling the Resource groups on Microsoft Azure cloud.
- Hands-on experience deploying application using Azure Devops pipeline.
- Working on DB tool like SSMS & Toad.
- Working on ServiceNow, handling tickets Incidents, Change Request (CR) and IT Portal (IT Service Request).
- Experience on Agile Methodology
