Main Purpose of Role: Our team seeks a skilled professional to oversee the implementation and control of organizational policies and strategies, focusing on operational and tactical responsibilities.
The ideal candidate will have experience in designing, developing, implementing, and updating electronic data systems tailored to our organization's needs.
Main Responsibilities:
Participate as a high-level technical expert in software design, development, coding, testing, and debugging under general direction.
Collaborate with technical staff to identify and resolve software issues by developing specifications.
Evaluate, schedule, and resource development projects, investigate user needs, write, test, and maintain computer programs, and prepare system documentation.
Respond to customer complaints and suggestions for improvements and enhancements.
Contribute to the development of software user manuals.
Lead teams on less complex projects or assist in training junior staff members.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's Degree (equivalent to 16 years of education)
Experience/Background: A minimum of 4 years of relevant experience
