The Opportunity:
As a Lead Software Engineer, you will utilize superior knowledge and experience to perform highly complex product design, systems analysis, research, maintenance, troubleshooting and other programming activities. You will drive innovation for both team and product development.
You are great at:
Leading, driving, implementing highly scalable and complex solutions
Understanding and learning unfamiliar technologies and frameworks, concepts and design patterns and integrating them quickly while working in a fast paced, team-driven agile development environment
Utilizing analytical skills to developing new features, as well as, enhancing existing features and troubleshooting problems.
Leading software design/code reviews to ensure quality and adherence to company standards
What it takes:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field with 8+ years of enterprise product development experience
Skilled in algorithm design and analysis, including knowledge of data structures and design patterns
Deep knowledge of C++, and at 4+ years of proven working experience in complex C++ projects
Experience with Boost and STL
Experience working with multi-threading, process model, memory management and IO optimization are strongly preferred
Experience working with SCM (such as SVN or GIT)
Working experience with GTest
Experience on cross-platform development is preferred (Linux / windows)
