The Lead DevOps Engineer for Radiometer is responsible Design, implement and maintain the CI/CD pipelines for our cloud-based applications on Azure and Collaborate with development teams to ensure that the pipelines are integrated with their code repositories and that code is deployed seamlessly Provide operations support for our cloud-based applications, including troubleshooting and incident management Develop and maintain runbooks and procedures to ensure efficient and effective operations support
This position is part of the LIVE Connect- DevOps team located in India Development center Bangalore and will be hybrid. At Radiometer, our vision is to improve global healthcare with reliable, fast, and easy patient diagnoses.
You will be a part of the LIVE Connect- DevOps team and report to the Engineering Manager responsible for supporting Development , Test teams and service teams. In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
• Design, implement and maintain the CI/CD pipelines for our cloud-based applications on Azure
• Collaborate with development teams to ensure that the pipelines are integrated with their code repositories and that code is deployed seamlessly
• Ensure that our cloud infrastructure is secure and meets regulatory compliance standards
• Work closely with the QA team to develop automated testing frameworks that can be integrated with the pipelines
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior DevOps engineers
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in DevOps and cloud computing
• Provide operations support for our cloud-based applications, including troubleshooting and incident management
• Develop and maintain runbooks and procedures to ensure efficient and effective operations support
The essential requirements of the job include:
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in DevOps, preferably in a cloud-based environment
• Strong knowledge of Azure and its related services (e.g. Azure DevOps, Azure Functions, Azure Storage)
• Experience with infrastructure as code tools such as ARM,Terraform
• Familiarity with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes
• Excellent scripting skills in languages such as PowerShell and Bash
• Good understanding of Agile methodologies and experience working in Agile teams
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:
• Troubleshooting Azure cloud infrastructure and Application
• Strong MS SQL functional and performance tuning expertise.
