Lead Software Engineer
Qualifications
This person must be committed to high standards, self-motivated and results-oriented with strong leadership and programming skills across modern enterprise software architectures
A minimum of 7 years of experience in software engineering
Proven experience as a Senior level or Team Lead in a software development team
In-depth knowledge of most of the following
React, TypeScript, Node, C#, .NET, SQL, Git, Docker/Kubernetes, REST APIs, Microservices, CI/CD pipelines, Azure/AWS, etc
Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies
Proven experience in enterprise cloud environments
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate team members
Strong communication and interpersonal skills

This hire will be leading the charge to develop software on our enterprise SaaS philanthropic solutions software platform
Lead a team of software engineers, fostering a collaborative and inclusive environment
Design, develop, and implementation of software applications
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features
Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications
Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs
Help maintain code quality, organization, and automatization
Drive continuous improvement initiatives and implement best practices in Agile and Scrum methodologies
Collaborate with product owners to understand end-user requirements and translate them into practical software solutions
Manage project timelines, resources, and stakeholder communication
