Job Title - Lead Software Engineer
Hybrid - 2 - 3 days a week in Farnborough
Salary - £60,000 - £70,000

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and mentor a team of developers, driving project delivery and team success
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure innovative, high-quality solutions
• Stay hands-on with development work, especially during critical phases.
Essential Skills:
• Expertise in C# and .NET
• Proficiency in modern JavaScript frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue
• Knowledge of software engineering best practices.
• Experience working on Web based applications.
Desirable Experience:
• Knowledge of C++ and experience with embedded systems
