About the Team:

Our innovative R&D team is on the cutting edge of technology, dedicated to creating impactful solutions that tackle real-world challenges for BlueVoyant’s MDR services. We're undertaking a transformative restructure of our existing capabilities to reach global markets with rapid development and innovation at local levels.

Key Responsibilities:
• Design, develop, and maintain Azure SaaS applications and Function Apps.
• Collaborate with diverse teams to define, design, and implement exciting new features.
• Investigate emerging technologies and incorporate them into ongoing projects.
• Rapidly prototype solutions to test concepts and ideas.
• Ensure optimal performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues across development, testing, and production environments.
• Keep abreast of the latest industry trends and technological advancements.

Qualifications:
• Demonstrated experience as a technical engineering lead.
• Expertise in Azure SaaS and Function App development.
• Proficient in C#.
• Familiarity with Python is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to work independently.
• Experience with Azure AI services is an advantage.
• Exceptional communication and teamwork skills.
• Adept at navigating changing requirements in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong research skills with a zeal for learning new technologies.

Preferred Qualifications:
• In-depth knowledge of Azure serverless components and infrastructure.
• Prior experience with AI tools such as RAG bots, AI Agents, Azure AI Studio, and Azure Foundry.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
• Understanding of agile development methodologies.
