Job Responsibilities:.
Work with the design and product teams to develop new features that are focused on user experience.
Actively participate in product decisions, build and design technical architectures and ensure that we set reasonable development timelines.
Build reusable components and libraries for future use.
Look for opportunities to improve team efficiency and work with your team to implement improvements. Mentor and guide other engineers.
Participate in code reviews and contribute to the development of best practices across the team.
Build robust, high-performance, and scalable applications.
Lead the development of front-end projects and ensure they are delivered on time and to a high standard.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
10+ years of experience as a full-stack developer and experience leading projects and guiding other engineers on your team.
You have a deep understanding of frontend technologies such as JavaScript, React, Redux, and GraphQL. You also have experience with performance optimization techniques, accessibility, and browser compatibility.
You can craft intuitive user experiences and reusable components using React, backed up by a solid understanding of JavaScript and TypeScript.
You are able to troubleshoot and debug issues and have the ability to find creative solutions to complex problems.
You have solid experience working with jest, react-testing-library, cypress, and other related testing tools and frameworks.
You are able to communicate effectively with other team members, including designers, product managers, and other developers.
You are comfortable working with new technologies and have the willingness to learn. You write understandable, testable code with an eye toward maintainability and scalability.
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
Experience building and maintaining design systems.
Full stack development experience with Python, FastAPI, pandas, MySQL, etc.
Experience working with Kubernetes and Docker.
You have a keen eye for design and are able to ensure that the application is user-friendly and accessible
