About this role :
Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Software Engineer...
In this role, you will :
• Lead complex technology initiatives including those that are companywide with broad impact
• Act as a key participant in developing standards and companywide best practices for engineering complex and large-scale technology solutions for technology engineering disciplines
• Design, code, test, debug, and document for projects and programs
• Review and analyze complex, large-scale technology solutions for tactical and strategic business objectives, enterprise technological environment, and technical challenges that require in-depth evaluation of multiple factors, including intangibles or unprecedented technical factors
• Make decisions in developing standard and companywide best practices for engineering and technology solutions requiring understanding of industry best practices and new technologies, influencing and leading technology team to meet deliverables and drive new initiatives
• Collaborate and consult with key technical experts, senior technology team, and external industry groups to resolve complex technical issues and achieve goals
• Lead projects, teams, or serve as a peer mentor
Required Qualifications, International :
++ years of Software Engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following : work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications / skills :
• Full stack .Net Core developer with React and Entity core framework
• Solid experience in Microsoft.NET Framework, C#, ASP.NET, MVC, Web API
• Experience with ASP.NET Core 3.1+ (MVC, API, Blazor, SignalR)
• Experience in Unit testing X-unit / N-unit frame works
• Very good Expertise in SQL query Optimization / performance tuning / Index creations
• Knowledge about SQL agent jobs, scheduling
• Experience in SSIS / SSRS and other Reporting tools
• Experience in migrating applications from .NET Framework to .NET Core 3.1 / .NET 6
• Expertise in developing front-end user interface using HTML5, JavaScript and CSS.
• Knowledge of modern JavaScript (ES+, Typescript), with working knowledge of React, jQuery other popular libraries or frameworks.
• Strong knowledge of Object-Oriented Design principles.
• Experience with Test Driven Development in .NET
• Good working knowledge of Enterprise Pipeline (EPL) and other CI / CD tools
• Azure DevOps (TFS)
• Git / GitHub
• Jenkins
• Code Quality / Security Tools (SonarQube, Checkmarx, Blackduck, etc)
• Experience deploying and managing applications in cloud environments (Windows Azure Pack, TAS / PCF, Azure App Service Environment, etc)
