Job Description:
• 5 to 8 years of experience in Java/J2EE development with strong object-oriented programming skills.
• Hands-on experience with one or more BPM tools (e.g., Camunda, IBM BPM, jBPM, or equivalent).
• In-depth knowledge of payment systems, protocols, and clearing/settlement mechanisms.
• Experience with microservices architecture, RESTful APIs, and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
• Proven track record in leading technical teams and delivering complex projects.
• Familiarity with relational databases (e.g., Oracle, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL stores (e.g., MongoDB).
• Solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines and tools like Jenkins, Git, Maven, etc.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
