Lead Software Engineer, iOS

Overview:
Poshmark is looking for a talented and creative Senior Staff Engineer, iOS You are someone who loves creating mobile applications that have a simple user interface and solid code while leading a team. If you have a passion for developing new user experiences, solving difficult problems and creating delightful solutions, this is a perfect job for you! Responsibilities:
• Architect and maintain our iOS mobile applications
• Provide technical leadership in the evolution of iOS project
• Influence different aspects of the development process like API creation, design, and product.
• Partner closely with our design and product team to architect a gorgeous application flow.
• Ability to effectively work with a highly cross-functional team
6-Month Accomplishments:
• Integrate into Team Posh -- You will focus on building out your working network and get connected with your immediate group, the wider engineering team and the cross-functional teams.
• Take ownership of the part of the iOS application.
12+ Month Accomplishments:
• Develop insight and knowledge of long term trends and factors influencing the business
• Mentor a team of highly talented engineers
Requirements:
• 5+ years in developing iOS applications using Obj-C and Swift.
• Experience building applications in memory and network-constrained scenarios
• Experience working within consumer applications with a high amount of active users
• User-oriented focus and obsession with quality
• Strong foundation in computer science, data structures, algorithms and software design
• Worked directly with teams or team members in different time zones
• BS/MS in Computer Science or related discipline
