The Role:
In this customer facing role,you will be Liaising at many levels with other teams and departments. Indeed, possessing good interpersonal skills and possessing the ability to tailor your communication based upon the context are crucial. Most of the teams' work is reacting dynamically to customer-affecting issues related to our support of "live" production systems. It is therefore important to be flexible, adaptable and accommodating as requirements can change regularly, often with little or no notice.
As a Lead Software Engineer , you will be joining our Video Entertainment team . Conditional access remains key to what we do; from managing new technology implementations, combating online piracy, and offering anti-cheat methods for gaming to supporting customers' demand for high-quality multi-screen experiences Irdeto deliver to a global customer base.
Your mission at Irdeto:
• Responsible for execution of customized development and integration activities mainly for Irdeto front end and backend components / OTT solutions.
• As part of the job role, you may have to travel for interactions with customer, 3rd parties and component engineering teams.
• The role works closely with Product teams, Project Managers and Solution Architects to ensure the quality of Irdeto products as per the customer requirements.
• To take a proactive role to understand any customer-related issues and provide a satisfactory response back after required internal discussions.
How you can add value to the team?
• Multiple years of experience in developing Scalable Backends and frontend
• Multiple years of experience in JAVA NodeJS on the back-end and React/Redux on the front-end.
• Experience in AWS, MongoDB, and Jenkins is a plus.
• Good understanding of Continuous Integration & deployment.
• Good understanding of Agile methodology.
• Effective problem-solving and analytical skills.
