We, at Jet2 (UK’s third largest airlines and the second largest tour operator), have set up a state-of-the-art
Technology and Innovation Centre in Pune, India. We are looking for a strong hands-on Team Lead who will
be working closely with the team in Pune and the UK to manage and delivery mission products/applications
for our Business Apps unit. The candidate should demonstrate apt diligence and be proactive while
effectively contributing throughout the software development life cycle. The candidate will be responsible
to work and manage Scrum delivery team in India and ensure on time delivery.
This role requires a good hands-on technical expertise in the latest Microsoft technology landscape and the
candidate should have good familiarity with frontend and backend technologies. The candidate must be
familiar with software design methods and techniques and should demonstrate excellent analytical skills
and be good at analysing technical requirements. He/she will be assisting team on technology front and
guiding various aspects of technology. People management responsibility will be part of the role.
Essential Qualification
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• 10+ Years of hands-on experience in Sitecore, .Net, C#, MS SQL Server
• Must have extensive experience in development and unit testing (automation) of applications using Sitecore, Microsoft .NET Core, Web API, C#, Angular/React/Vue JS and SQL Server
• Prior experience of working with UK or other regions such as North America/EMEA/APAC
• Must have strong knowledge and experience in Object Oriented Programming, Analysis and Design concepts
• Experience in handling non-functional requirements such as performance, security, load, scaling and usability of applications
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills
• Data driven and result oriented
• Excellent communication skills
• Problem-solving aptitude
• Working experience of Agile/SCRUM/Kanban methodologies
• Deep understanding of the latest technology trends

• Exposure to Azure or any other cloud platforms
