Job Title – Lead - Software Engineering

The Purpose of This Role
• Identify and recommend tools and technologies which help Improve the analytics capabilities within Fidelity
• Responsible for implementing and administering analytics processes and solutions including
• Ensighten Tag Management Tool
• Adobe Analytics product suite
• ContentSquare tool
• Collaborate with different groups within the organisation, identify analytics requirements
• Triage and report production outages or infrastructure issues
• Work with onshore development team to implement changes for any analytics solution
• Conduct demos, participate in technical reviews and drive excellence.

In this role, you’ll be responsible for working with business to get requirements related to analytics on applications and execute it properly to give analytical insights to the business. You will work and mentor engineering associates in Bangalore and North Carolina. You will be working with Tech Leads across the business unit in a fast-paced agile environment. You will be responsible for supporting product release activities (QA, deployment); participate in product installation & post install support and enhancements. You will need to constantly update professional knowledge by researching new technologies and software products, participating in educational/training opportunities, reading professional publications, maintaining professional networks

Technical / Behavioral
• Hands-on lead software engineer who brings experience in configuring digital Marketing beacons
• Hands-on Experience in Ensighten Tag management Tool
• Hands-on Experience in Adobe Analytics Product Suite
• You are high-energy, detail-oriented, proactive and adaptive and can work in a dynamic environment.
• Debugging & Problem-Solving Skills
• Basic UI language e.g Html, Css, Javascript, Jquery knowledge
• You have the skills to take initiative and the self-motivation to drive results.
• You possess strong communication skills -- both verbal and written – and strong relationship, collaborative skills and organizational skills.
• Willingness and ability to learn and take on challenging opportunities and to work as a member of a diverse and geographically distributed team.
• You are experienced in risk analysis and troubleshooting large scale distributed systems
The Skills that are Good To Have for this role
• Ability to effectively articulate and present ideas/technical design to appropriate audience
• Certifications in Digital Analytics tools like Adobe analytics, contentsquare etc.
