Job Title – Lead - Software Engineering
We are expecting the software engineer who poses following skill set:
Understand Release Engineering, DevOps, Cloud DevOps
Understand Spring, Spring Boot, Java Webservices
Understand Deployment, Security Toll Gates, and Security Requirements
Quick Learner of Process Optimization, Infrastructure, Digital Transformation
Lead and present a technical solution (e.g. POC) and the underlying business requirements that drove its development.

Having strong technical chops, understanding our systems, and having empathy for our customers is a given. You have a proven track record of successfully delivering projects which had a positive impact on our systems, product, team, and customers. You are well steeped in the Fidelity culture and values. You have strong, educated and pragmatic, opinions both on what we do and how we do it. You also have the pragmatism and experience to yield the floor and allow better ideas to prevail. You work with your team’s Architect to ensure sound technical direction.

Time Management and Planning Skills
The Skills that are Good to Have for this role
5 to 8 yrs. of experience with Spring Boot, Restful Webservices
Hands-on knowledge on Building Pipelines, Cloud DevOps, Cloud Ops
Release Management
Tool experience like Dell Bhoomi / iPaaS tool is very added advantage
Knowledge of SQL is a plus
Strong knowledge of continuous integration, static code analysis and test-driven development
Strong experience on performance analysis and tuning
Exposure to Agile Delivery
CI/CD tools such as Shell scripting, Maven, Git / Stash, Jenkins, Artifactory, uDeploy etc.
