Job Description
We are seeking an experienced technical lead to join our software engineering team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the development and support of systems application software in adherence with industry standards, processes, and best practices.
• Promote technical excellence and foster a culture of collaboration among engineers.
• Mentor and grow engineers on the team, helping them advance their skill sets and careers.
• Collaborate with product management and other engineering teams to design and deploy iterative solutions.
Key Responsibilities
The ideal candidate will have:
• Expertise in implementing different types of business processes (e.g., APIs, event-driven-services, batch-services, web-applications, big data).
• Experience working on Microservices and Cloud Native Architecture.
• Proficiency in using basic engineering principles for building and running mission-critical software capabilities (security, customer experience, testing, operability, simplification, service-oriented architecture).
• 7+ years of software development and design experience.
• 2+ years of experience acting as a technical lead/manager (mentoring and leading other engineers).
• Strong communication skills – both verbal and written – with strong relationship building, collaborative skills, and organizational skills.
