Responsibilities
• 4+ years of Mandatory relevant work experience, including experience building and contributing to data analytics initiatives (data ingestion, warehousing, reporting, etc.).
• Working knowledge of Python, including experience Build PySpark based applications for both batch and streaming requirements, which will require in-depth knowledge on majority of Hadoop and NoSQL/SQL databases as well.
• Advanced proficiency in SQL databases and queries, as well as experience designing data models .
• Build integrated solutions leveraging Unix shell scripting, RDBMS, Hive, HDFS File System, HDFS File Types, HDFS compression codec.
• 2+ years working with configuration and monitoring technology Grafana
• Mandatory Experience implementing metric visualization using various Observability tools and frameworks ( Elastic Stack/ELK, Grafana, Prometheus, etc.) across a shared service platform.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams to plan, model and implement solutions.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work with technical and non-technical partners from many teams, especially in exploring decisions and trade-offs
• 2+ years of experience building solutions involving logging, metrics, and traces to provide observability of applications.
• Knowledge and understanding of Cloud computing, PaaS design principles and containers.
• Capable of writing highly performant SQL.
• Experience with RESTful API calls.
• First-hand experience operating and/or building solutions using job execution frameworks ( Airflow, Prefect) and MPP databases ( Redshift, Big Query, Snowflake).
• Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.
• Experience building internal Python packages for analysts.
• Experience with analytics & BI tools like Power BI and Tableau.
• Familiarity with any of the following: Django, Git, Jira, Grafana, Prometheus, Zabbix, , Splunk.
• Good to have knowledge on design & build real-time applications using Apache Kafka & Spark Streaming

Key Responsibilities:
• Responsible for project planning, work product quality, project execution and project reviews.
• Become a subject matter expert on internal BI and reporting solutions.
• Become an advocate for BI usage and support user enablement and adoption.
• Develop in-depth business requirements for large projects -across a variety of business functions in all size projects.
• Manage stakeholder engagement with business teams to help define / refine / drive the BI strategy.
• Drive data analysis – identifying trends and key drivers of metrics.
• Demonstrate expertise on business processes, life-cycles, and data drivers.
• Drive testing activities on new solutions introduced into production.
• Drive input to BI development team on requirements and enhancements to existing data sets and reporting technologies.
• Collaborate on the definition of KPIs and metrics to monitor and run the business.
• Lead reporting projects, taking ownership of successful completion for end to end lifecycle for large company wide projects.
• Plan and execute communication, training, and documentation to enable successful user adoption.
• Drive proof-of-concepts, BI tool evaluations, and data analytic activities.
• Guide and mentor other Business Analysts in the team.
• Demonstrate innovation & thought leadership toward enhancing business value, process improvements and customer impact.
• Participate in design discussions and be able to implement any design decisions.
• Participate high –level Architecture designs for the Power BI, Microstrategy and other reporting solutions.
• Understanding of Infrastructure Domain/ITIL to provide more business site of Reporting utilization's
• Excellent upstream and downstream communication skills, ability to communicate complex ideas verbally and through documentation.
Technical Skills :
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Prior experience in end to end BI Implementation projects with products Power BI, Kibana and open source BI Tools like Pantaho,Jaspersoft etc .
• Should had experience in understanding Data Specially Infrastructure Domain related and provide business insight to bring more Utilization of BI for organization.
• Proficient in customization and configuration of Microstrategy.Expertise in MSTR transforming data into visually appealing dashboards that are easily consumed Work on VI dashboards, visualizations, custom calculations, derived elements/metric/attributes etc.
Proven experience in Architecting the Schema objects and good knowledge on public & Configuration objects like Metrics, filters, Configuration etc.,
• Proficient in all three components of Power BI(SSIS/SSAS) and Report Server, DAX and M language.
• Should have experience in Data Analytics by using R or Python.
• Should be able to do complex design and high-performance architecture.
• Ability to evaluate technical approaches and discuss pros and cons of each to arrive at a design.
• Should have strong concepts on building Security around the entire Datawarehouse.
• Good Functional Knowledge in the areas of Infrastructure Domain Preferably Storage/Network etc, ITIL.
• Strong Data warehousing and Data Modelling Concepts.
• Strong T-SQL knowledge is highly desired.
• Strong skills around Performance tuning (queries / data load processes) .
• Aware of the standard Change management and Project management processes.
• This role will focus on Support, Enhancements and new Projects.
Must have:
- Experience working in Agile Team
- Analyzing new requirements, designing and implementing technical solutions
