Job Description
UKG Noida is hiring a Lead software QA who would be accountable for the quality of the product by developing and executing test strategies to ensure quality releases. The candidate must demonstrate good analytical abilities, attention to detail and verbal & written English communication skill. We are looking for Test Engineer with excellent debugging, automation and manual testing skills.
Work closely with developers to design and deliver the key components of UKG WorkForce Ready
Involved in every step of software development process like designing, development and testing
Responsibilities include developing and executing test strategies to ensure quality releases
Perform and define structured functional application, integration and regression testing activities
Ensuring proper functionality and performance of a wide variety of applications and platforms
Successful candidates will be experienced in modern test methodologies and processes executed throughout the software development life cycle and have a proven track record as an individual contributor in a small Agile team environment
A demonstrated ability to deliver quality product releases on schedule using risk analysis and defect containment practices, test automation and continuous improvement initiatives are key to this position
Proficient in testing technique like Boundary Value Analysis, Equivalence Class Partitioning, Decision Table Based Testing methods
Responsible & accountable for the quality of the product for the project
Automate manual test cases and execute automation suite on periodic basis
Able to write test cases in Cucumber using BDD approach.
Able to perform API level testing.
Able to debug the test failures and fix the analysis
