Job Summary
We are looking for a highly skilled Lead SQL + ETL Developer with strong expertise in data engineering, cloud platforms, and large-scale data processing. The role involves designing data models, building scalable ETL pipelines, and optimizing performance in cloud environments.
Key Responsibilities
Data Modeling & Architecture
Design and implement dimensional models and normalized databases
Define data structures for analytics and reporting
SQL Development & Optimization
Write complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and functions
Perform query optimization and performance tuning
ETL Development
Develop and manage ETL workflows using SSIS / Azure Data Factory (ADF)
Ensure efficient data extraction, transformation, and loading
Data Pipeline Management
Build and maintain scalable data pipelines and workflows
Handle large volumes of structured and unstructured data
Cloud Expertise
Hands-on experience (4+ years) in Azure / AWS / GCP
Work with data lakes, data warehouses, and modern data platforms
Exposure to cloud-native ETL and data processing tools
Key Requirements
8+ years in SQL, ETL, and Data Engineering
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Experience in large-scale enterprise data environments
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
