? Experience monitoring a 24/7 SaaS with I&P management proper understanding.
? Ability to program (structured and OOP) using one or more high-level languages, such as Python,
Java, C/C++, Ruby, and JavaScript..
? Experience in working with and developing public cloud services, Experience in AZURE/AWS is a
plus.
? Deep understanding of monitoring tools to troubleshoot and find root cause, experience with
Datadog is a plus.
? Very deep knowledge of at least one operating system: Linux, Unix, Solaris, Ubuntu, Windows.
Preference is any LINUX flavored operating system (eg: Ubuntu or Red Hat)..
? Deep understanding of networking: TCP/IP, IP addresses, HTTP, DNS, VPN. Especially cloud
networking.
? Very Deep understanding of container technology (Docker) and Container orchestration
technology (Kubernetes) to do troubleshooting and Implementation.
? Deep Understanding of Debugging production level disruptions using traces, metrics and dumps.
? Good hands-on experienced in Incident and problem management process and tools around it
like Jira, Mattermost, Confluence etc.
? Very good communication skills.
? Proactive approach to identifying problems, performance bottlenecks, and areas for
improvement
? Experience in leading highly motivated team, preparing Rota and prepare and present
performance metrics.
