They will execute the role of a systems engineer in the product development processes and work closely with hardware, firmware, software, validation/reliability, and manufacturing engineering teams
With these being lead roles they will also make decisions on tradeoffs in product design between hardware and firmware/software
A highly important piece to the role will be to capture requirements, write specifications, define test plans for system verification and validation

Day-to-Day:
An Insight Global customer is hiring immediately for two Lead Systems Engineers. These individuals will work closely with marketing and customers to define requirements for HVAC systems. They will execute the role of a systems engineer in the product development processes and work closely with hardware, firmware, software, validation/reliability, and manufacturing engineering teams. With these being lead roles they will also make decisions on tradeoffs in product design between hardware and firmware/software.
