We at SEDEMAC are on the look-out for Talent Acquisition Lead to join our stellar Human Resources team.
A Talent Acquisition Lead is intended to be in charge to design, develop and execute a new talent acquisition strategy for the company. The candidate is expected to be able to find, hire and retain talented candidates, build a strong employer brand, and ensure great relationships at the workplace.
Major Responsibilities
• Lead the team of 3-4 recruiters and manage overall talent acquisition process until on boarding of the candidates
• Lead the efforts in hiring across verticals from Engineering (R&D, Software, Hardware, Systems Engg) to Operations (Production, Quality, SCM) and Support functions (Finance, HR, IT, QMS).
• Manage the campus hiring cycle from end-to-end. Act as point of contact for Campus Placement teams and students. Should be ready to travel to various campuses (IITs, NITs, BITS, etc.) during campus placements.
