Job Responsibilities:-
● Lead the Toddlers program.
● Able to make lesson plans for day care.
● Maintain ongoing, open communication with parents and caregivers.
● Ensure that each family receives an opportunity to build strong relationships with teaching staff.
● Provide a fun interactive environment that encourages parent participation with the toddlers program.
● Ability to handle day care safety and sessions.
● Plan periodical parent conferences to discuss children's developmental progress, needs and interests.
● Collaborate with children's families to ensure a smooth transition from home to Child Care setting.
● Create weekly plans and implement an age-appropriate curriculum that nurtures and stimulates all.

● Provide a developmentally appropriate classroom environment that reflects the children's learning and growth.
● Perform ongoing developmental evaluations of children as required.
● Ability to handle birthday and corporate events when required.
● Basic computer knowledge.
● Ability to help with keeping spaces ready for events.
Experience for Lead Teacher:-
● At least 1 years' teaching experience
● Valid CPR certification/knowledge. (Not a mandatory).
● Able to lift and carry up to 25 pounds and in case of emergency a 40-pound child.
● Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
● Active and fun loving to handle fitness routine for toddlers.
● Able to maintain an overall positive and professional disposition.
● Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office programs.
● Effectively plan, organize and implement educational activities.
● Demonstrable record of making decisions on behalf of children with their well-being the top priority.

● Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Early Childhood Education/Montessori.
