Shaw Investment Management (DESIM), founded in 2005, focuses on developing active equity and multi-asset class investment strategies by identifying market inefficiencies and constructing optimal portfolios. Collaborating with our New York teams, the DESIM India team plays a crucial role in the development of software and quantitative tools for portfolio strategy, trading, quant research, and portfolio management. The performance and quality of these tools are crucial to the firm's business strategy. At DESIM, our development team collaborates closely with portfolio managers, traders, quants, and portfolio strategists to support and drive business objectives through innovative software solutions. Our key responsibilities include developing and enhancing sophisticated portfolio analytics tools, leveraging advanced technology to make the trading lifecycle more efficient, and working on projects that require deep financial domain expertise.
