Job Description
To develop designs that gets clients messages across with high visual impact. Understand the product delivery lifecycle and align the documentation development lifecycle (DDLC) to it. Also validate effort estimates for different assignments. Understand the product/feature. Develop a draft document based on the requirement. Lead production of designs that gets the clients messages across WITH high visual impact. Test the product /feature BY installing the product AND ensuring the document IS accurate. Speak TO SMEs TO ensure accuracy OF content IN the document. WORK proactively WITH project teams TO ensure that ALL product documentation IS technically accurate, comprehensive AND adhere TO quality standards. Guide AND mentor team members FOR usage OF tools AND Html, Java Script, Flash WITH Action Scripting, Dreamweaver, Photoshop, Fire Works etc. Manage the DDLC AND contribute TO the development OF internal documentation standards AND methodology.
