What is this opportunity about?
We are seeking a personable, experienced human resources business partner to join our growing organization. In this position, you will primarily act as a consultant for company management on all issues related to human resources. You should be a proactive communicator and change agent, someone who can successfully balance employee needs with business objectives to create integrated solutions.
Your role will involve:
• Working with subject matter experts to obtain an in-depth understanding of products
• Producing easy-to-understand user documentation for a user guides, tutorials, FAQs, online Help, and release notes
• Working with content in multiple formats including graphics, animation, and videos
• Reviewing and revising content to improve clarity and follow style guidelines
• Maintain existing content, working with experts to revalidate or update content
• Proactively identifying opportunities and methods for improving processes and tools
In return you will bring:
• Proven track of record of producing concise, grammatically correct technical documentation and learning assets to aid product adoption and usage
• Familiarity with the Software Development Life Cycle and general software development. Experience using using Confluence + Jira or other project management tools a plus
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills
• A strong learning motivation and the ability to seek out and rapidly absorb complex technology domains
• Passion to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• A proactive and open-minded attitude to resolving problems and delivering results.
