Position Summary
Paul Davis Restoration provides property damage emergency services, restoration and reconstruction services for residential and commercial properties due to water, fire, mold, storm and other disasters.
Essential Duties/Responsibilities
High-level performance of water mitigation, tarping, board up, mold remediation, asbestos/lead abatement, and carpet cleaning/reinstallation services according to Paul Davis and industry specifications under the supervision of the Operation Manager.
The Restoration Industry is a 24/7 on call business. On call availability is required.
Focus and dedication to providing excellent customer service.
Maintain a clean, properly stocked, and organized truck and maintain all company equipment.
Assist in warehousing and facility-related tasks when necessary.
You will be a leader for the team.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, One Drive)
Excellent Communication skills

Ability to operate a vehicle safely

Required Education and Experience
Customer Service experience
Valid class 5 drivers license with a clean drivers abstract required
High school or equivalent required
Preferred Education and Experience
IICRC Certified, as an asset
One or more years’ experience within the restoration industry
1 plus year experience in a craft, trade, or manual labor position or equivalent schooling
Physical Requirement
Must be able to stay in a stationary position up to 25% of the time within a vehicle.
Ready to maneuver safely about job sites, stairs, walkways, roofs, crawl spaces
Occasionally ascends and descends a ladder to complete jobs
Must be able to observe and perceive information on a computer, cell phone and documents
Must be able to communicate and converse with customers over the phone and face to face
Frequently will lift to 75lbs
Ability to safely operate a company vehicle
