What You Bring to the Role
• 2-3 year experience in facilities management, process and execution
• Must be able to respond to emergency situations 24/7 with reliable transportation and valid driver license as you're the point of contact for emergency situations that affect the site campus on a 24/7 basis, also transport goods and equipment as needed
• Good with verbal & written English communication. Working experience with personal computer and database applications for tracking work orders
• Readiness to work in rotational shift (24x7). Hands on experience of all Electrical, Mechanical Utilities with standard and non-standard power tools
• Working experience with vendor relations, annual contract, project management etc
