Bula Babies Learning Center is seeking an experienced and dependable Lead Toddler Teacher to lead our Toddler Classroom. This is a full-time leadership role for a qualified early childhood professional who has prior experience working as a Lead Teacher in a toddler classroom within a licensed childcare setting.
This position plays an important role in providing a safe, structured, and nurturing environment where toddlers can grow socially, emotionally, and developmentally.
Schedule
Monday–Friday
8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Key Responsibilities
Lead the daily operations of the toddler classroom
Plan and implement age-appropriate learning activities
Maintain a safe, engaging, and developmentally appropriate classroom
Ensure compliance with Bright from the Start (DECAL) regulations
Supervise and support assistant teachers
Maintain classroom ratios, lesson plans, and required documentation
Communicate professionally and regularly with families
Support toddler transitions, routines, and early learning milestones
Required Qualifications
Must have previous Lead Toddler Teacher experience
Must have experience in a licensed childcare center
Must meet Georgia DECAL Lead Teacher credential requirements
Must be reliable, punctual, and professional
Mandatory Paid Training & Event Dates
All selected staff must attend the following paid priority dates prior to opening:
Wednesday, February 18, 2026: Pizza, Play & Enroll Open House4:30 PM – 7:00 PM
Thursday, February 26, 2026: Staff Training Day (Exact time to be confirmed)
Center Opening Date/First Day of Work
Monday, March 2, 2026
