Job Description - Voice and Accent Trainer
Years of experience - 5 to 10 years
Location - Ghansoli, Navi Mumbai
Department: Training
In this role, she/he will be responsible for training both newly hired and existing employees on designated modules, as well as developing engaging content for these sessions.
Responsibilities
• Provide communication, soft skills, voice and accent training to NHT batches & on floor associates
• Understanding of English grammar - Subject Verb Agreement rules, Tenses, and Transliterations.
• Develop customized training programs based on internal/client requirements, using a range of techniques such as role-playing, group discussions and one-on-one coaching.
• Different feedback mechanisms, particularly the GROW model.
• Effective training skills. The ability to teach and train other individuals.
• Training Needs Identification and Analysis, Root Cause Analysis, and Quartile Management.
• Sounds in English - Vowel sounds (Monophthongs and Diphthongs), Consonant sounds (Fricatives, Affricates, Plosives, Nasal).
• Monitor trainee progress and provide feedback to ensure effective learning outcomes.
Skills
• Bachelor's degree (Any)
• Must have relevant experience as a preprocess trainer, having conducted New Hire training on grammar and voice, and accent.
• Must have conducted call audits and have knowledge of different feedback mechanisms (Sandwich model, GROW model, etc.).
• Must have strong knowledge of customer service, culture sensitization, first contact resolution, interpersonal skills, etc.
