Job title: Lead - Training & Quality Department: Sales CL Location: Bangalore Travel: PAN India Job Role: . Conduct new hire and refresher trainings for various channels of the Cashloans team . Design and implement CKTs & PKTs for the inhouse team and partner teams . Perform training needs analysis to identity triggers in the performance and also find gaps in the process . Develop training content and process documents in line with product, policy, and other stakeholders within the organization . Act as a process expert for first loans, repeat loans, and balance transfer loan covering all products of the organization . Work closely and coordinate with all the departments to drive improvement and innovation in the process . Liaise with the Training & Quality Manager to determine call quality and process improvements . Auditing calls, establishing timely reports and provide constructive feedback to all the agents . Conducting quality session & certification for existing and new hire agents . Monitor employee performance and report quality interventions Job Requirements: . Should have 2-3 years of experience as a Trainer or Quality Analyst preferably in a tele-calling process . Knowledge about Finance Industry and Personal Loans will be an added advantage . Graduate with a certification in Train The Trainers or Six Sigma preferably . Ability to work well under pressure in a dynamic environment . Strong ability to guide individuals toward goal achievement using sales, negotiation, teamwork, and motivation . Excellent communication - English and Hindi facilitation skills .
